New York CNN —Citing “rising crime and vagrancy,” Chase Bank has shuttered 24-hour access to some of its New York ATMs. A JPMorgan Chase (JPM) spokesperson said some other ATMs are closing at 10 pm. New York City mayor Eric Adams addressed the ATM early closures at a press conference Monday. “And that is what I’m saying I need to stop because I don’t want my ATMs closing down.
